I seem to recall back in 2011, Sir Jason of McCue boasting that he was involved in transitional justice and post conflict resolution in Libya….Yes, Libya, the country the victims were trying to sue. And at the same time providing a testimonial for MODA solutions for getting him into Libya…a firm in which he is listed as a director.

Also, I see that he still lists the Libya Semtex case under the title “legal highlights” on his McCue law website. I don’t know how he has the nerve.
